How to Apply
We are very happy that you want to apply to UAH. We can help!! Applying basically is a four step process. Our Admissions Counselors are available to help you at any point in the process. Just call or email us. This is all you have to do:
Still have questions? We can answer them for you! 1. What if I don't have an application? If you don't have an application, you can download a copy and print it or you can apply online. 2. Do you accept fee waivers? Yes, we accept fee waivers from both NACAC as well as your high school counselor. 3. It's been a few weeks since I've applied and I haven't heard anything. How do I check the status of my application? Feel free to call or email us and one of our admissions staff will be happy to talk with you. Call us toll free at 1-800-UAH-CALL or direct at 1-256-824-2773. You can email us at admitme@uah.edu. 4. I'm a transfer student. Who do I talk with to ask questions regarding transferring credits, etc.? Call or email our transfer specialist, Ms. Lisa Epps. She will be happy to assist you. E-mail: lisa.epps@uah.edu Phone: (256) 824-2772): 5. I am an international student. Is there a special application that I must use? Any applicant who is not a U.S. citizen or permanent resident will need to submit the application for international students and students seeking F1 student status must also submit an affidavit of support to apply to UAH. 6. Is there someone who can help international students with immigration and visa related questions? Yes! UAH does have staff to assist with the admission application process and with immigration related questions. Just e-mail visahelp@uah.edu. |
